I graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. I earned my Juris Doctorate degree in 2010 from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and am licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin. I live in the Milwaukee area and am passionate about providing determined, compassionate legal representation to people in need. I share office space in downtown Milwaukee with two dynamic law firms, and I believe that Kastelic Law Office is able to provide a level of expertise above and beyond that of similar law offices. Since opening my office in 2011, I have helped many clients with a number of different problems, disputes, and difficulties. Each client has presented a particular set of challenges and circumstances that required unique solutions. Some cases are small and others are life-changing, but regardless of the complexity, a client needs an excellent attorney to advocate on his or her behalf. I have represented clients who had good claims that were turned down by insurance companies for the barest of reasons. For example, I have represented small businessmen, injured employees, and the permanently-disabled, all of whom were unreasonably and unfairly denied coverage under the policies upon which they depended. I have stood with and fought for these clients every step of the way. My mission is not only to prosecute or defend my clients’ cases, but also to look after their best interests and well-being.
